I always start by gathering all ingredients and slicing the banana. Using frozen berries keeps the smoothie chilled and creamy without needing ice.
Add the yogurt, frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries, banana, and milk to the blender. Blend until smooth, stopping once to scrape the sides if needed.
If your smoothie is too thick, I add a splash of milk; too thin, I toss in a few more frozen berries. Taste and swirl in honey if you like a bit more sweetness.
Pour into your favorite glasses with a thick straw. I like using reusable straws to make it eco-friendly and fun to drink!
