Let’s discuss the recipe of the Chicken Breast which taste like KFC. 

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Breast (350 g)
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • ½ tsp Chili Powder
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Chili Sauce
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Corn Flour
  • 140 g All-Purpose Flour
  • 40 ml Milk
  • Cooking Oil
  • 1 Egg

How to Prepare It?

  • Take a Chicken breast and cut it into small pieces. 
  • Now, beat up the chicken pieces with a knife smoothly on both sides.
  • Put these chicken pieces in a bowl. 
  • Add onion powder, Salt, Chili sauce, garlic powder, Pepper, and milk over the Chicken Pieces. 
  • Mix all of these ingredients well and marinate for approximately 1 hour. 
  • Take a bowl and add all-purpose and corn flour in it. 
  • After that, add some spices like onion powder, chili powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder and mix them well. 
  • Separate 3 spoons of this flour into a separate bowl to make a wet dough. 
  • Add 1 egg and milk into the flour which you separate and stir it well. 
  • Now, take out the chicken and dip in the wet batter. 
  • Then, put in dry powder to make the outer shell. 
  • Put the oil on the pan over medium flame. 
  • After that, put the prepared chicken in the frying pan and fry it for almost 10 minutes or until it turns golden brown. 
  • Once your chicken is done, take out from the oil and serve it with your favorite sauce.
