- 3 pounds Chicken Thighs (Skin-on, Bone-in)
- 1 pint buttermilk
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of salt
- ½ tsp of black pepper
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- 1 tsp of paprika
- ½ cayenne pepper
Breading Ingredients:
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon of black pepper
- ½ tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of paprika
- OilÂ
How to prepare it?
- First, wash the chicken thighs and dry them with a paper towel.
- Next, in a bowl, put buttermilk, onion powder, salt, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and paprika. Mix them well.
- Now, place the chicken in a large container. Add the buttermilk mixture into the container and coat all sides of the chicken by using your hands.
- Cover it and keep it in the refrigerator for almost 4 hours.
- Take a bowl and add all-purpose flour, pepper, salt, and paprika. Mix them thoroughly.
- Now, take a marinated thigh and apply a coat of flour mixture on both sides. Repeat the process until all chicken thighs are coated.
- Preheat your oil on medium heat.
